1. Data controller
The controller responsible for the processing described in this policy is Noé Durand, an individual entrepreneur operating under the trade name RushOps.
Registered address: 14 Route de Perpignan, le domaine d'AGUZAN, BAT B APPT 75, France.
Email: noe.np.durand@gmail.com.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy primarily covers the public RushOps website at rushops.netlify.app. The main website provides a contact form but does not currently provide user accounts, analytics or newsletter subscriptions.
Separate RushOps applications may provide accounts or process additional information. Those services may display supplementary privacy information appropriate to their use and context.
3. Personal data, purposes and legal bases
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Information you voluntarily send through the contact form or by email, such as your name, email address, subject, message and any attachments | To receive, assess and respond to enquiries, support requests or feedback | Legitimate interests in communicating with users and supporting RushOps services; steps taken at your request where a message concerns a potential contractual relationship |
| Technical and security information that hosting or network infrastructure may necessarily process, such as an IP address, request time, browser information and requested resource | To deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose faults and protect the service | Legitimate interests in operating and securing the website |
| Account and service information within a separate RushOps application, where applicable | To provide, secure and administer that application | Performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract; legitimate interests in service security, as applicable |
RushOps does not seek to collect personal data that is unnecessary for the relevant interaction. Please avoid sending sensitive or unrelated personal information through the contact form or by email.
4. Retention
Personal data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect legitimate interests. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the communication, service and legal context. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
5. Recipients and service providers
Personal data is accessible only where needed by RushOps and by service providers acting in connection with website hosting, contact-form processing, email delivery, security or the operation of a separate RushOps application. The main website and its contact form are hosted and processed through Netlify. Some separate applications may use third-party infrastructure such as Firebase for authentication.
Service providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments. RushOps does not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process data from locations outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer of personal data is subject to the GDPR, it must rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Further information may be requested using the contact details below.
8. Your data-protection rights
Subject to the conditions and limits established by the GDPR and applicable French law, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive or transmit certain data in a portable format where applicable; and
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email noe.np.durand@gmail.com and provide enough information to identify the relevant interaction. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to confirm identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French data-protection authority.
9. Security
RushOps applies reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the service concerned. No online service can, however, guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to external websites or services that apply their own privacy policies. RushOps is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of those third parties.
11. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when RushOps services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will remain available on this page with its revision date.
Questions or requests concerning privacy may be sent to noe.np.durand@gmail.com. Full publisher information appears in the Legal Notice.
